★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ar cond do meu carro armava mas as vezes nao funcionava nenhuma velocidade. Fui atendido pelo Mielle que foi direto ao ponto (ventilador que fica por baixo do painel) e na mesma hora viu era um mal contato no chicote.
Gostei bastante do servico e recomendo a todos
My car's air cond worked but sometimes it didn't work at any speed. I was attended by Mielle who went straight to the point (fan that is under the panel) and at the same time saw a bad contact in the harness.
I really enjoyed the service and recommend it to everyone.

Procurei ele por indicação de um colega que também já tinha sido muito bem atendido. O meu ar condicionado havia apresentado um defeito no condensador e nenhuma loja ou autorizada possuía a peça para substituição por se tratar de uma série especial naquele ano. Mas, graças a Deus, fui ao encontro do Sr. Mielle que, prontamente, disse que iria verificar qual o modelo que se encaixaria no meu veículo e me passou o orçamento. 3 dias depois, o Sr. Mielle já estava entrando em contato comigo com a peça pronta para ser substituída no meu carro. E, mais ainda, a peça acabou sendo mais cara do que o inicialmente previsto, mas, mesmo assim, o Sr. Mielle manteve o mesmo valor de orçamento inicialmente cobrado, o que já demonstra o espetacular caráter e profissionalismo, coisas difíceis de se encontrar hoje em dia. Assim, parabenizo o Sr. Mielle e toda a sua equipe que demonstram um senso de profissionalismo e de caráter que deveria ser seguido por todos! Parabéns!!
I can only thank Mr. Mielle for all his professionalism and commitment to solving my vehicle's problem. I looked for him on the recommendation of a colleague who had also been very well attended. My air conditioner had a defect in the condenser and no store or authorized had the replacement part because it was a special series that year. But, thank God, I went to meet Mr. Mielle who promptly said he would check which model would fit my vehicle and gave me the budget. 3 days later, Mr. Mielle was already contacting me with the part ready to be replaced in my car. What's more, the piece ended up being more expensive than initially expected, but even so, Mr. Mielle kept the same budget amount initially charged, which already demonstrates the spectacular character and professionalism, things that are difficult to find. nowadays. So I congratulate Mr. Mielle and his entire team who demonstrate a sense of professionalism and character that should be followed by everyone! Congratulations!!

Loja limpa e arrumada, isso me chamou a atenção da oficina. Parabéns pelo cuidado para com a loja.
Quanto ao custo, não tenho parâmetro pois não cotei em outro local.
Friendly and helpful staff. Performed the service of changing the lower hose that punctured and new placement of the gas. The service was today 04/14/2022 and I left the store satisfied with the work.
Store clean and tidy, this caught my attention from the workshop. Congratulations on taking care of the store.
As for the cost, I have no parameter because I have not quoted elsewhere.

Na M&J o Sr. Mielle identificou logo quando cheguei e resolveu: precisava reparar o condensador. Com o freio não foi diferente: resolveram o problema que, em outro lugar, não haviam conseguido. Excelente equipe! Recomendo!
Extremely competent team in all services. Very cordial and professional. My car's air conditioning didn't cool and they couldn't identify what the problem was elsewhere. At M&J, Mr. Mielle identified it right away when I arrived and decided: she needed to repair the condenser.
