★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo! Enrolam para marcar as aulas, mentem sobre as condições de atendimento ao cliente. A demanda deles é muito alta e por conta disso não tem horário pra atender todo mundo! E eles omitem esse fato. Eu só continuo lá porque já paguei o processo, mas o conselho que eu dou é: Procurem um serviço mais organizado e mais ágil. Já vi processos lá completarem mais de um ano. E o meu já tem quase isso. Espero principalmente que a conduta do recepcionista melhore, que ele seja mais sincero com os clientes e que seja mais educado também, pois facilmente ele eleva a voz, e tem uma conduta ácida. É lamentável o estresse que eu estou passando, e me considero uma cliente compreensiva.
Terrible service! They roll around to schedule classes, lie about customer service conditions. Their demand is very high and because of that they don't have time to meet everyone! And they omit that fact. I only stay there because I already paid for the process, but the advice I give is: Look for a more organized and more agile service. I've seen processes there complete over a year. And mine already has almost that. I especially hope that the receptionist's behavior improves, that he is more honest with customers and that he is also more polite, as he easily raises his voice, and has an acidic demeanor. It's unfortunate the stress I'm going through, and I consider myself an understanding customer.
