★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um presente, não serviu, fui tentar trocar e não aceitaram dizendo que o prazo eram de até 7 dias, porém não havia nenhuma informação na loja, na etiqueta ou na embalagem. Depois a atendente me informou que poderia trocar numa roupa do mesmo modelo, mas este era de outra cor horrível, que nem estava exposto. Poderiam ter trocado para manter um bom relacionamento e ter um cliente satisfeito, mas preferiram perder o cliente. Infelizmente perdeu!!

I got a gift, it did not work, I went to try to change and they did not accept saying that the term was up to 7 days, but there was no information in the store, on the label or on the packaging. Then the attendant informed me that I could change clothes of the same model, but this one was another horrible color that was not even exposed. They could have switched to maintain a good relationship and have a satisfied customer, but they preferred to lose the customer. Unfortunately lost !!
Would not recommend !!!!
