★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tanto pelo telefone quanto pessoalmente. Fiquei aguardando 5 dias uma simulação e nao recebi. Fui até a loja todos os vendedores sem nenhum cliente pra atender... Ficaram parados, ninguém me atendeu. Virei as costas e comprei em outro lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Renault Clio, tirei o carro da loja e o mesmo falhando muito custei chegar em minha casa e a loja disse que eu tinha de fazer a revisão geral...como entrega um carro nessa situação? O DUT que é o recibo de transferência demoraram mais de 2 semanas para entregar o recibo assinado pelo dono anterior, enviei mensagens para o Vendedor Guilherme dizendo que não iria dar tempo e que vou arcar com este custo pois o agendamento no Detran está demorando e eu vou ficar prejudicado. Ele simplesmente falou ok e pediu para conversar com o dono da loja! Péssimo pós venda...NÃO COMPREM CARRO NESTA LOJA!

The DUT that is the transfer receipt took more than 2 weeks to deliver the receipt signed by the previous owner, I sent messages to Seller Guilherme saying that there would be no time and that I will bear this cost because the schedule at the DMV is taking and I I will be harmed. He just said ok and asked to talk to the store owner! Lousy after sales ... DO NOT BUY A CAR IN THIS STORE!

liguei para saber a disponibilidade do veículo e atendimento, quando cheguei a loja e disse que estava interessado na moto que eles anunciaram na Olx, nesse momento tinha 02 funcionários, um estava atendendo um casal e o que me atendeu pegou a chave da moto que eu estava interessado e pediu pra ir olhando a moto e que dentro de alguns minutos voltaria a me atender.
Fiquei mais de 30 min. aguardando o retorno desse funcionário mentiroso, por fim cansado de esperar, entreguei a chave da moto ao outro funcionário que estava ocupado com outro cliente. Foi tanto descaso que nem mesmo me perguntou se fui atendido, gostei da moto etc.
Entederia a demora se tivesse muitos clientes na loja, porém apenas 1 cliente junto comigo.
Muitos descaso, abandono do cliente, pedir meu tempo e passei muita raiva nessa concessionária.
Total disregard for the customer, before going to the store
I called to know the availability of the vehicle and service, when I arrived at the store and said I was interested in the motorcycle they advertised on Olx, at that moment there were 02 employees, one was attending a couple and the one who answered took the motorcycle key that I he was interested and asked to go look at the bike and that in a few minutes he would answer me again.
I stayed more than 30 min. waiting for the return of this lying employee, finally tired of waiting, I handed the motorcycle key to another employee who was busy with another customer. It was so neglectful that he didn't even ask me if I was attended to, I liked the bike, etc.
I would understand the delay if there were many customers in the store, but only 1 customer along with me.
A lot of neglect, customer abandonment, asking for my time and I was very angry at this dealership.
