procedimento as pedras ja vinham cortadas, não foi o que aconteceu, tomou meu tempo com procedimentos
de medidas, e fez todo recorte das pedras dentro do meu apto. um verdadeiro inferno.
Pedras cheia de remendos, sem contar que, tive que contratar uma faxineira pra me ajudar de tanto pó, não dei conta sozinha levei 3 dias pra retirar todo pó.
Um verdadeiro caos. Vou ter que contratar uma outra empresa pra ameninar meu prejuízo,
me sentido completamente lesada de todas as maneiras possíveis.
vendo o relato da colega que deixou uma reclamação tudo bate pois o meu caso também se repetiu, não fui precavida se tivesse visto o relato de reclamação antes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Status: entregaram super atrasado, fizeram a maior sujeira e tive que chamar outra 3mpresa para refazer o serviço deles.
Entregaram o balcao totalmente manchado, sem polir, quebrado, oa fogao ficou totalmente torto. BAMBO, o granito ficou solto. Lamentavel a falta de respeito e o Adriano, proprietario, nunca retornou minhas ligações.
Pior empresa que já contratei na minha vida. Sério, tenho vontade de chorar ao relatar que estão atrasados com a minha entrega em mais de 15 dias do combinado com o proprietário e estou com meu fogão no meio da cozinha, pois é um fogão de encaixar e não consigo instalar sem o Granito. Detalhe que tenho uma bebê de um ano e tive que comprar uma panela elétrica para poder me virar até que consiga receber o Granito que infelizmente já paguei.
O proprietário não me atende e a menina que cuida dos agendamento me mandou msg de voz 4 vezes tratando a instalação e simplesmente não aparece ninguém.
Na última quarta, 2 rapazes instalaram parte do Granito, mas não voltaram terminar. Entendo que "ajustes" muitas vezes são feitos na obra, porém mesmo tendo uma sacada enorme cortaram todas as peças no meio da minha cozinha. Tudo ficou coberto de poeira. Sério, não consegui limpar tudo ainda. Não tenho um prato limpo na minha casa. E isso não é a pior parte, os suportes para instalar o fogão ficaram tortos quase 1cm. Como cozinha em um fogão torto. A roda base foi reaproveitamento de material, está toda cheia de rachaduras e erraram com 1cm o corte de uma das laterais, aí encheram de massa.
Tudo o que relatei tenho fotos, tenho contrato, tenho todas as mensagens de voz combinando dia e a filmagem do circuito interno da minha casa mostrando os montadores cortando granito na minha casa.
Hoje pela manhã recebi uma msg de voz da menina que marca as visitas dizendo que viriam após o almoço, e pela quarta vez, fico o dia todo aguardando e ninguém aparece, ao ligar me falaram que o Senhor Adriano não pode vir porque sua filha está no hospital. Se é verdade? Não sei, pois um dia derrubaram meu granito e quebrou, outro dia estragou o carro, outro dia o Adriano verificou que o acabamento do meu granito não estava tão bom é mandou melhorar. Logo, não sei mais no que acreditar.
Segue fotos do servico realizado até o momento, pois o balcão que já paguei não veio nada ainda.
Caso algum cliente queira ver de perto o serviço da Rocha Viva, minha casa está a disposição. Cuidado com o barato que sai caro, cai nessa.
Status: Delivered super late, made the most mess and had to call another company to redo their service.
Delivered fully stained balcony, without polishing, broken, the the stove was completely crooked. BAMBO, granite was released. Lamentable lack of respect and Adriano, owner never returned my calls.
Worst company ever hired in my life. Seriously, I want to cry when reporting that they are late with my delivery in more than 15 days of the agreed with the owner and I have my stove in the middle of the kitchen, because it is a plug-in stove and I can not install without Granite. Detail that I have a baby of one year and had to buy an electric pan to be able to turn around until I can receive the Granite that unfortunately already paid.
The owner does not answer me and the girl who takes care of the scheduling sent me voice msg 4 times dealing with the installation and simply no one appears.
Last Wednesday, two boys settled part of the granite, but did not return to finish. I understand that "adjustments" are often made on site, but even having a huge balcony cut all the pieces in the middle of my kitchen. Everything was covered in dust. Seriously, I could not clean it up yet. I don't have a clean dish in my house. And that's not the worst part, the brackets to install the stove were bent almost 1cm. How to cook on a crooked stove. The base wheel was reused material, is all full of cracks and missed with a cut of 1cm side, filled there with mass.
Everything I reported I have photos, I have a contract, I have all the voicemails matching daytime and the filming of my home's internal circuit showing the assemblers cutting granite in my house.
This morning I received a voice message from the girl who marks the visitors saying they would come after lunch, and for the fourth time, I'm waiting all day and nobody shows up, when they called me they said that Mr. Adriano can't come because his daughter is at the hospital. If it is true? I don't know, because one day they dropped my granite and it broke, the other day it ruined the car, another day Adriano found that the finish of my granite was not so good and had it improved. So I don't know what to believe anymore.
