O que me deixou mais chateada foi perceber que as pessoas responsáveis nem me deixavam explicar o que aconteceu, onde estava o erro, a pessoa que me atendeu além de levantar a voz me interrompia o tempo todo enquanto eu falava. Tremenda falta de respeito. Eles não são bons em retornar ligações e mandar orçamento por email, a partir desse ponto eu deveria ter percebido que estava entrando em uma cilada.
To buy was great, until after delivery I realized an error. Poor service, the clerk was extremely rude.
What made me most upset was the realization that the people in charge didn't even let me explain what happened, where the mistake was, the person who answered me and raised my voice interrupted me all the time while I was talking. Tremendous lack of respect. They are not good at returning calls and budgeting by email, from which point I should have realized I was getting into a trap.
