Quando fui retirar e pagar pelo serviço, fui informada que haviam colocado o mais caro (sem minha autorização) e ainda quiseram justificar o erro com o argumento de que eram só 40 reais de diferença e que havia a possibilidade de parcelar o valor, mesmo sendo notório que a escolha do serviço pelo qual se vai pagar cabe ao consumidor e não a loja. Perdi a confiança na loja.
I had two satisfactory experiences when I needed to clean my notebook's charger, but the third experience was very frustrating, since I had to change the hard drive of my notebook and I had combined by telephone that I wanted the HD cheaper. When I went to collect and pay for the service, I was informed that they had placed the most expensive (without my authorization) and still wanted to justify the mistake with the argument that it was only 40 reais of difference and that there was the possibility of splitting the amount, it is clear that the choice of the service to be paid is the responsibility of the consumer, not the shop. I lost confidence in the store.

I had a bad experience with this company because I asked for cleaning and replacement of thermal paste and it took 17 days to deliver and when they gave me the device was dirty and they charged me interest that they said they wouldn't charge... I don't recommend it at all
