Uma vez cheguei na loja física, onde se encontravam 4 funcionários, cheguei dei boa noite e nenhum respondeu, como se já não bastasse a falta de educação, nem se quer me deram atenção. Outra vez, fui encomendar um bolo confeitado pelo whatsapp e até hoje não obtive resposta.
The sweet and savory ones are indeed a delight. However, the quality of the service leaves something to be desired. Once I arrived at the physical store, where 4 employees were, I arrived and said good night and none responded, as if the lack of education was not enough, nor did they even give me attention. Another time, I went to order a cake confectioned by whatsapp and until today I didn't get an answer.
