★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Falta de profissionalismo. Na festa do 1 de maio de Ermelino Matarazzo. Simplesmente todos os brinquedos murcharam com a crianças dentro umas caindo sobre as outras e os responsáveis não fizeram nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso, aluguei piscina de bolinha para o Aniversário do 1 Ano do meu filho e chegaram atrasados na festa e ainda trouxeram um pula pula. O rapaz da entrega falou que iria buscar a piscina em outro carro e nunca mais voltou.
Não confie nesta empresa!
Company without commitment, I rented a ball pool for my son's 1st Year Birthday and arrived late at the party and even brought a bounce. The delivery guy said he was going to get the pool from another car and never came back.
Do not trust this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei um serviço com o Sr. JOSÉ para o dia 28/04 de locação de brinquedos e ele não cumpriu com o combinado... não entregou os brinquedos e nem ao menos atendeu aos diversos telefonemas e tentativas de contato que tentei fazer com ele.
Resumindo: Não façam reservas com a Mactoy pois não cumprem com as suas obrigações! Péssimo profissional.
I hired a service with Mr. JOSÉ for the 28/04 toy rental and he did not comply with the agreement ... he did not deliver the toys and he did not even answer the several calls and attempts to contact him that I tried to make with him.
In short: Do not make reservations with Mactoy as they do not fulfill their obligations! Bad professional.
