★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO - Comprei embreagem e atuador para o meu veículo e a embreagem não durou muito tempo mesmo eu usando pouquíssimo meu carro (um Chevrolet 2012). Segundo meu mecânico (mecânico esse que já trabalhou por muitos anos no Gregório Retíficas) a embreagem estava patinando e tinha todas as evidências em ser uma empreagem recondicionada pois não havia alguns selos que qdo original vem de fabrica. Caso isso se confirme é um problema muito grave já que coloca em risco a vida das pessoas que ali compram peças acreditando serem peças de qualidade assim como colocou em risco minha vida e de meus familiares.
A Macapá de Fabriciano ainda não foi capaz de resolver o problema, nem a troca da peça e nem a devolução do valor pago. Péssimo pós venda. Empresa que só visa o lucro. Posso a qualquer momento mudar aqui meu comentário desde que receba laudo satisfatório ou meu dinheiro de volta.
DO NOT RECOMMEND - I bought a clutch and actuator for my vehicle and the clutch did not last long even though I used my car very little (a 2012 Chevrolet). According to my mechanic (a mechanic who has worked for many years at Gregório Retíficas) the clutch was skating and had all the evidence of being a refurbished clutch because there were no seals that come from the factory. If this is confirmed, it is a very serious problem since it puts the lives of the people who buy parts there at risk, believing they are quality pieces, as well as putting my life and that of my family members at risk.
Macapá de Fabriciano has not yet been able to solve the problem, neither the exchange of the part nor the return of the amount paid. Bad after sales. Company that only aims at profit. I can change my comment at any time here as long as I receive a satisfactory report or my money back.
