Primeiro liguei pra loja pra saber se tinha e o valor, a vendedora me disse que tinha e custava 80,00 reais, pedi para reservar e falei que um colega meu ia pegar e pagar, meu colega passou lá e depois chegou dizendo que o valor era 90,00 reais, liguei novamente pra loja pra confirmar o valor e a vendedora falou que eles não vendiam colchão inflável, fiquei sem entender!
A conclusão é que alguém nessa história usou de má fé e teve a loja como cúmplice.
I bought an inflatable mattress last year, I didn't like the experience. First I called the store to find out if it was and the value, the seller told me it was and it cost 80.00 reais, I asked to book it and said that a colleague of mine was going to pick it up and pay, my colleague went there and then arrived saying that the amount it was 90.00 reais, I called the store again to confirm the amount and the seller said that they didn't sell an inflatable mattress, I didn't understand!
The conclusion is that someone in this story used it in bad faith and had the store as an accomplice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência de compra foi boa, a vendedora foi super ágil e gentil, entretanto 3 dias após a compra de um liquidificador o mesmo simplesmente soltou a hélice do copo durante o uso, e fui a loja pra trocar só o copo, e mesmo a autorizada tendo informado que mandaria pra loja um novo se eles fizessem a troca o gerente não aceitou e eu estou esperando o envio regular de 15 dias de um novo copo pela autorizada, depois da venda a loja não se preocupar com o cliente e nem em resolver coisas simples! Nunca mais compro lá se quisesse esperar 15 dias pra usar tinha comprado online! Daria -5 estrelas se possível!
My shopping experience was good, the seller was super agile and kind, however 3 days after buying a blender, it simply loosened the cup propeller during use, and I went to the store to change only the cup, and even the authorized one having informed that I would send a new one to the store if they made the exchange, the manager did not accept it and I am waiting for a regular 15-day delivery of a new glass by the authorized person, after the sale the store does not worry about the customer or solve things simple! I will never buy there again if I wanted to wait 15 days to use it, I had bought it online! I would give it -5 stars if possible!
