Very arrogant manager with the employees, boring atmosphere for you to shop. Highly attentive employee but the manager does not treat his employees well, drawing their attention in front of the store's customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,comprei um celular pro meu filho , e ele veio com defeito pra fazerem o cancelamento da compra passei mais de 3 hrs lá ,pra eles cancelarem o produto e sem fala que eles não queria fazer o cancelamento viu , péssimo péssimo odiei essa MACAVI , nunca mais compro nada la. OBS dei 1 estrela prq infelizmente , não tem a opção de da 00000 estrelas.
Bad service, I bought a cell phone for my son, and it came with a defect to cancel the purchase, I spent more than 3 hours there, for them to cancel the product and without saying that they did not want to cancel it, I saw this very bad MACAVI , I never buy anything there again. OBS I gave 1 star prq unfortunately, you do not have the option of 00000 stars.
