As 9 horas da manhã fui na macavi pagar uma prestação foi cobrado um absurdo de juros na prestação sendo que atrasou devido a pandemia que as lojas estavam fechada e nao tinha como fazer o pagamento sendo q as prestação passada nenhuma eu tinha pagado com juros e essa foi cobrado um absurdo falei com a gerente da loja de tabuleiro do norte q por sinal muito mal educada ,Ingnorante péssimo atendimento com os seus clientes não resolveu minha situação falei q ia acionar o Procon ela incentivou acionar tipo q nem ai pra nois cliente e falando q não pode fazer nada fiquei muito chateada como cliente da macavi por anos e ela é a pior gerente que entrou nessa loja

Antes disso acontecer hj em maior dia 05/05 /2020 Fui na loja a loja se encontrava fechada mais a gerente LANA SILVA estava lá perguntei como fazia pra não atrasar as prestação e de uma forma grosseira ela mandou eu ler o papel que estava na parede que eu sabia

I was charged an absurd I spoke with the manager of the northern board store q Incidentally very rude, Ingorant terrible service with their customers did not solve my situation I said I was going to call Procon she encouraged calling like no one for our customer and talking q can not do anything I was very upset as a customer of macavi for years and she is the worst manager who entered this store

Comprei um modelo a vista, para dá de presente a uma sobrinha.
Só que ela queria outro modelo, fui novamente na loja fazer a troca, e para fazer a troca do produto por outro produto sendo que é um travesseiro e do mesmo valor, tenho que esperar a gerente chegar e ainda saber se pode efetuar a troca.
Sério, esse povo num sabe da Lei do consumidor não ❓❓❓
