★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio moderno e com ótima estrutura, bem localizado e com boas opções gastronômicas no térreo. Apartamentos pequenos, mas que atendem bem ao público-alvo. Um dos pontos fracos é a garagem. Além da péssima aparência, tem um segundo nível sem qualquer ventilação e luz solar; e o pior, possui vagas móveis e outras de difícil acesso para seus proprietários.
 Modern building with great structure, well located and with good gastronomic options on the ground floor. Small apartments, but that serve the target audience well. One of the weak points is the garage. In addition to the terrible appearance, it has a second level without any ventilation and sunlight; and the worst, it has mobile spaces and others that are difficult for its owners to access.
