Resolvi abrir uma marmoraria com o meu marido no início do ano, logo adquiri uma cortadeira na Petri Máquina (Goiânia). Foi o pior negócio da minha vida. Não aconselho nem ao meu inimigo a comprar com eles. Meu marmorista corta melhor na maquita.
Assim, já com a marmoraria aberta desfiz o negócio com a Petri Máquinas.
Neste ponto, resolvi adquiri a máquina de corte com procedência e excelência, logo, escolhi a Maqfort.
Meu primeiro contato foi com o Roger. Expliquei o caos em que meu negócio estava, pois aparentemente minha marmoraria estava funcionando, contudo, a produção estava toda parada por falta da máquina.
O Roger foi super atencioso, tanto que fechamos a compra da máquina em uns 3 dias. Inclusive, diante do meu cenário, ele reduziu o prazo de entrega.
Em plena pandemia, conseguiram concluir a produção da máquina no prazo. No curso, ainda adquiri um carrinho de carregar chapa também.
Neste interim, a Sandra e o Rogério também me atenderam. Todos muitos solícitos e empenhados em resolver meu problema, que era ter uma marmoraria aberta sem a máquina principal (kkk desesperador)
Realmente foi muito consolador ver toda a equipe da Maqfort tão comprometida com o cliente. A Sandra, inclusive, conversou comigo até aos domingos.
Estou muito, muito, muito agradecida pelo empenho da Maqfort.
Roger, Rogério e Sandra vocês são um time de excelência!!!

There are situations that deserve to be recorded: This is my report.
I decided to open a marble shop with my husband at the beginning of the year, then I bought a cutter at Petri Máquina (Goiânia). It was the worst deal of my life. I do not even advise my enemy to buy from them. My marble maker cuts better at the maquita.
So, with the marblework open, I undid the deal with Petri Máquinas.
At this point, I decided to acquire the cutting machine with origin and excellence, so I chose Maqfort.
My first contact was with Roger. I explained the chaos my business was in, because apparently my marble was working, however, the production was all stopped due to lack of the machine.
Roger was super attentive, so much so that we closed the purchase of the machine in about 3 days. Even in the face of my scenario, he reduced the delivery time.
In the middle of a pandemic, they managed to complete the production of the machine on time. In the course, I also acquired a plate carrying cart as well.
In the meantime, Sandra and Rogério also attended to me. All very helpful and committed to solving my problem, which was to have an open marble shop without the main machine (desperate kkk)
It was really very comforting to see the entire Maqfort team so committed to the customer. Sandra even talked to me until Sundays.
I am very, very, very grateful for Maqfort's commitment.

O dono da empresa, Sr Rogerio é desonesto e caloteiro, encomendei uma maquina de boca de pia e rebaixo italiano A UM ANO E UM MES atras, a maquina custaria 32 mil dei 10 mil de entrada e o resto dividido no boleto em 10x. ele se comprometeu de enviar a maquina e eu de pagar o frete, porem nem ele enviou e apesar de dezenas de tentativas frustadas não devolveu meu dinheiro. nunca precisei entrar na justiça com ninguém, infelizmente essa vai ser a primeira vez, aguardando apenas o setor judiciário voltar do recesso.
