O criado que comprei pronto também gostei muito. Preço justo, ótima qualidade, entrega antes do prazo prometido e principalmente o excelente atendimento do Robson fazem toda a diferença! Recomendo fortemente, e já virei cliente, com certeza voltarei a comprar quando precisar de outros móveis.
I bought a living room rack and a bedside table. The rack I had it made, and everything was perfect, exactly the way I wanted it: model, measurements, color and finish. The servant who bought ready also enjoyed it very much. Fair price, great quality, delivery before the promised deadline and especially the excellent service of Robson make all the difference! Compramos uma mesa com cadeiras e mandamos fazer as portas dos armarios da churrasqueira com eles, foram super atenciosos da venda até o pós venda. As portas ficaram lindas, da pra ver que fizeram com muito cuidado e amor, porém devem ter utilizado madeira sem estar bem secas e as portas empenaram, eles vieram trocaram as portas e foram super amigáveis, mas infelizmente empenaram de novo, deixei assim mesmo.
A única coisa que não gostei na hora da colocação das portas é que colocaram os puxadores no meio da porta, e os armarios são na parte de baixo, então pra abrir a porta usando o puxador tenho que me ajoelhar, na hora que vi ja reclamei, mas não sou tão carrasca de mandar tirar e trocar todas as portas, demorou um tempo ate me conformar com isso, ficou parecendo armario do tempo da vovó kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, não sei da onde tiraram isso de por o puxador no meio da porta, tinhamos escolhidos os puxadores com tanto carinho e ficaram inutilizados.
Eu poderia ter evitado isso ter ficado estatica olhando eles colocarem, mas não quis ser chata dessa vez de ficar em cima e deixei eles trabalhando tranquilhos, deveria ter sido chata como sempre sou. Enfim apesar de não ficado feliz com os puxadores, e as portas terem empanado(quem gosta de madeira corre esse risco), o trabalho foi excelente e melhor que a expectativa e voltaria a comprar com eles sem problemas.

We bought a table with chairs and had the doors of the barbecue cabinets made with them, they were super attentive from the sale to the after sale. The doors were beautiful, you can see that they did it with great care and love, but they must have used wood without being very dry and the doors warped, they came and changed the doors and were super friendly, but unfortunately they warped again, I left it like that.
The only thing I didn't like when installing the doors is that they put the handles in the middle of the door, and the cabinets are at the bottom, so to open the door using the handle I have to kneel down, when I saw it I already complained , but I'm not such an executioner to have all the doors removed and replaced, it took a while for me to come to terms with that, it looked like grandma's closet from the time of grandma kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, I don't know where they got that from putting the handle in the middle of the door, we had chosen the handles with so much care and they were rendered useless.
I could have avoided this by staying static watching them put it on, but I didn't want to be boring this time to stay on top and let them work peacefully, it should have been boring as I always am. Anyway, although I was not happy with the handles, and the doors were warped (those who like wood run that risk), the work was excellent and better than expected and I would buy from them again without problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os móveis são de excelente qualidade, porém, não há cuidado com o trabalho de terceiros. Expus na loja uma mesa em mosaico, ficou em exposição por mais de 1 ano e não vendeu. Infelizmente não cuidaram da peça e será necessário passar por restauração.
Responsabilidade e empatia também contam para uma boa avaliação! ;)
Após avaliar, me retornaram dizendo que deveriam ter cobrado pela exposição. Lastimável!

The furniture is of excellent quality, however, there is no care for the work of others. I displayed a mosaic table in the store, it was on display for over 1 year and it did not sell. Unfortunately, they didn't take care of the piece and it will need to undergo restoration.
Accountability and empathy also count towards a good evaluation! ;)
After evaluating, they returned saying that they should have charged for the exhibition. Regrettable!
It is with this bad character that Maciços works!!!
