★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi horrível reservamos um ônibus mandaram outro sem ar sem banheiro e todo sujo pra levar crianças até Bauru de certo pensaram que iam transportar animas ....não recomendo Maciel pra ninguém
The experience was horrible we booked a bus they sent another one without air without a bathroom and all dirty to take children to Bauru certainly thought they were going to transport animals .... I don't recommend Maciel to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atitudes suspeitas com relação a documentação irregular...ficamos esperando a boa vontade das autoridades para liberar o ônibus no Guarujá neste feriadão prolongado. Motoristas que não se importam com gestantes e crianças com fome e fazem a parada conforme vossas vontades. Ruim demais.
Suspicious attitudes regarding irregular documentation ... we were waiting for the good will of the authorities to release the bus in Guarujá in this extended holiday. Drivers who do not care about hungry pregnant women and children and make the stop according to your wishes. Too bad.
