Atendimento péssimo, não pelos funcionários mas, pela sistemática adotada: entra na fila pra ser atendido, faz o pedido, entra na fila para pagar e por fim entra na fila para pegar o material, por mais simples que seja. Impossível comprar um parafuso em menos de meia hora. Se não for emergência, qualquer ida a Volta Redonda garante melhor atendimento e melhor preço.
Great building material with good diversity but way above the price. Terrible service, not by the employees, but by the system adopted: get in line to be served, order, get in line to pay and finally get in line to pick up the material, however simple it may be. Impossible to buy a screw in less than half an hour. If it's not an emergency, any trip to Volta Redonda guarantees better service and better prices.
