★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima ao procurar a Promoinfo de Nova Iguaçu dei um tombo no meu celular na quarta feira e ele não quis mais ligar na quinta feira fui ao quiosque colombiacel manutenção de celulares pop shopping o técnico entre aspas que me atendeu pediu para deixar o celular para que ele fizesse o orçamento deixei o celular e voltei no dia seguinte sexta feira ele então falou que o problema era a bateria que era só trocar a bateria e me cobrou 100,00 falei que tudo bem ele falou para que eu fosse buscar no sábado então no sábado fui buscar o celular quando cheguei lá ele não estava esperei por uns vinte minutos ele chegou e fez a troca da bateria na minha frente eu perguntei se a bateria era original ele teve a coragem de me dizer que se eu quisesse uma bateria original que era pra eu comprar um celular novo tirar a bateria e levar para ele colocar eu fiquei chateado com a resposta dele mais deixei passar porque ele já tinha trocado a bateria e eu já tinha pago o cerviço então fui embora cheguei em casa botei o celular para carregar a cem por cento e desliguei porque eu ia levá-lo para minha sobrinha mais ao ligar o celular ele só tinha vinte por cento de bateria então botei pra carregar de novo quando a carga estava completa eu desliguei e guardei quando foi na quarta feira eu tentei ligar o celular mais não tinha carga então botei pra carregar de novo quando estava com carga completa eu desliguei troquei de roupa e fui na Promoinfo quando cheguei lá falei com o técnico entre aspas que a bateria estava descarregando ele tirou a bateria e botou outra e me entregou o celular então eu perguntei a ele se eu teria problema novamente ele falou que não eu falei assim espero porque não pretendo voltar aqui caso essa outra bateria dê ruim eu vou na delegacia de polícia abrir um boletim de ocorrência contra você e sua loja!!! então fica aqui o meu alerta para quem procura esse tipo de serviço não va na Promoinfo de Nova Iguaçu mais se for não va na colombiacel manutenção de celulares pop shopping para não terem aborrecimentos!!! esse é o meu desabafo e minha indignação!!!!!!
 My experience was terrible when I looked for Promoinfo in Nova Iguaçu I had a fall on my cell phone on Wednesday and he didn't want to call anymore on Thursday I went to the colombiacel kiosk maintenance of cell phones pop mall the technician in quotes who answered asked me to leave the cell phone so he could do the budget, I left my cell phone and came back the next day, Friday, he said that the problem was the battery, he just had to change the battery and he charged me 100.00, I said it was ok, he told me to pick it up on Saturday so on saturday i went to get my cell phone when i got there he wasn't there i waited for about twenty minutes he arrived and changed the battery in front of me i asked if the battery was original he had the courage to tell me that if i wanted an original battery I was supposed to buy a new cell phone, take the battery out and take it to him, I was upset with his answer, but I let it go because he had already changed the battery and I had already paid for the cervix then I left I got home I put the cell phone to charge at one hundred percent and turned it off because I was going to take it to my niece but when I turned on the cell phone it only had twenty percent battery power so I put it to charge again when the charge was complete I I turned it off and put it away when it was on Wednesday I tried to turn on the cell phone but it had no charge so I put it to charge again when it was fully charged I turned it off I changed my clothes and went to Promoinfo when I got there I spoke to the technician in quotes that the battery was discharging he took the battery out and put another one and gave me the cell phone so I asked him if I would have a problem again he said no I said so I hope because I don't intend to come back here if this other battery goes bad I'll go to the police station to open one police report against you and your store!!! So here's my warning for those looking for this type of service, don't go to Promoinfo in Nova Iguaçu, but if you go, don't go to colombiacel cell phone maintenance pop shopping so you don't have any hassles!!! this is my outburst and my indignation!!!!!!

Minha cunhada teve um problema em seu celular na semana passada quando ela o colocou na tomada para carregar.
Devido ao ocorrido ela o levou nessa assistência técnica até o momento bem falada, MacroCell.
O celular ficou "preso" nessa assistência por mais de 01 semana e minha cunhada depois de tanta espera foi nesse lugar para saber se seu celular já estava pronto.
Contudo, 02 atendentes (Diego e Erick - Acho que os nomes eram esses, do Diego tenho certeza, do Erick não.) constataram que o celular tinha tido perda total e que havia *entrado água nele* (???) (lembrem que ele não caiu em nenhum momento na água) e com isso o celular não tinha mais jeito.
Minha cunhada, ficou desnorteada, porém, para azar da MacroCell, ela pediu o celular de volta alegando que levaria para outro serviço de reparo.
Porém, os atendentes enrolaram para entregar o celular (aparentemente não queriam que ela pegasse de volta, até pq , de acordo com eles, o celular tinha dado perda total) , mas devivo a insistência de minha cunhada, eles devolveram.
Nessa hora, quando ela estava indo embora, triste e chorosa, ela encontrou um amigo que a orientou a ir em uma outra loja para tentar consertar o celular, afinal de contas, o que ela tinha para perder ??
Chegando nesse novo lugar, seu celular ficou PRONTO NO MESMO DIA.
O problema era simples e NÃO havia água alguma no celular.
Além do preço cobrado ter sido infinitamente menor.
Estou escrevendo minha indignação aqui, pois essa empresa não possui qualquer respeito ao cliente. Faltam ética e vergonha na cara.
Não caiam nessa!!!
MISTAKE (25/06/2021)
My sister-in-law had a problem with her cell phone last week when she plugged it in to charge.
Due to what happened she took him in this technical assistance so far well spoken, MacroCell.
The cell phone was "stuck" in this assistance for more than 01 week and my sister-in-law after so much waiting went to this place to find out if her cell phone was ready.
However, 02 attendants (Diego and Erick - I think the names were those, Diego's I'm sure, not Erick's.) found that the cell phone had had a total loss and that water had entered it* (???) (remember it never fell into the water) and with that the cell phone was useless.
My sister-in-law was bewildered, however, unfortunately for MacroCell, she asked for her cell phone back claiming that she would take it to another repair service.
However, the attendants stalled to deliver the cell phone (apparently they didn't want her to take it back, even because, according to them, the cell phone had been totally lost), but I owe my sister-in-law's insistence, they returned it.
At that time, when she was leaving, sad and tearful, she found a friend who advised her to go to another store to try to fix her cell phone, after all, what did she have to lose ??
Arriving in this new place, your cell phone was READY THE SAME DAY.
The problem was simple and there was NO water on the phone.
Besides, the price charged was infinitely lower.
I am writing my indignation here, as this company has no respect for the customer. There is a lack of ethics and shame in the face.
Don't fall for it!!!

Levei meu celular condenado por uma assistência técnica,que precisaria de trocar a tela,e limpeza de placa,pois estava oxidada, fui na macrocell,fui bem recebido pela recepcionista e o técnico falou qual era o real problema. O conector estava desplugado da tela, minha tela estava boa e não tinha oxidação nenhuma.
