Época de chuva ninguém consegue entrar no bairro a pé devido a lama, as ruas precárias sem asfalto pois o pouco que tinha água da chuva já levou, local que é pra ser construído uma praça está somente um campo vazio. 2020 está a porta, fiquem atentos ninenses.
