★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o desprazer de ser atendida por uma funcionária que estava cumprindo o aviso prévio,que me atendeu muito mal,falando que não tinha obrigação de me atender ,até discutimos e as outras vendedoras nem se manifestaram ,,,já tive bom atendimento nessa loja ,mas hoje foi péssimo .

Cheguei na loja explicando para as duas atendentes que era era uma troca, não tinha outros clientes, uma perguntou para a outra se podia fazer a troca, a outra com muita falta de educação falou que podia a outra simplesmente pegou o sapato da minha mão e colocou no balcão, não deram nenhuma atenção e ainda faziam cara de desdém. Simplesmente não troquei o chinelo. Hoje era uma troca, mas com certeza não retornarei a loja. O mínimo é ter educação com os clientes. Deixo aqui a minha total insatisfação. Um local ótimo, com variedades e produtos, mas ainda sou uma cliente que valorizo um bom atendimento e sempre que possível deixo elogios para os estabelecimentos que passo para que outras pessoas tenham referências.
Terrible! I arrived at the store explaining to the two attendants that it was an exchange, there were no other customers, one asked the other if he could make the exchange, the other with a lot of rudeness said he could, the other simply took the shoe from my hand put it on the counter, paid no attention and still looked disdainful. I just didn't change the slipper. Today was an exchange, but I will definitely not return to the store. The minimum is to have education with customers. I leave here my total dissatisfaction. A great place, with varieties and products, but I'm still a customer that I value a good service and whenever possible I leave praise for the establishments that I pass so that other people have references.
