Não cumpre com o que promete, vende produto inacabado e quando voltamos para cobrar querem cobrar pelo serviço (que já fazia parte do preço) e quando pedimos pra conversar com o responsável a funcionária diz que não adianta! Fora que não enviam a nota fiscal do produto e quando pedimos falam que não emitem! Primeira empresa, na minha vida que se mostra não precisar dos clientes.. e olha que minha compra não foi pequena, quase 2mil...
Terrible attendance! It seems to disdain the customer! It does not live up to what it promises, sells unfinished product and when we return to collect they want to charge for the service (which was already part of the price) and when we ask to speak to the person in charge, the employee says it is no use! Outside they do not send the product invoice and when we ask they say they do not! First company in my life that shows that it does not need customers .. and look that my purchase was not small, almost 2 thousand ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. O mostruário é diferente do produto que te entregam. Material de 2a. linha cheio de defeitos. Fui reclamar dos defeitos pra fazer a troca, não tinham como negar os defeitos, buracos na madeira em peças de acabamento ,concordaram em fazer a troca, passou uma semana e até agora nada. Querem dar uma canseira no cliente. Pra vender te tratam bem, cheios de conversa, quando dá o problema não te olham na cara.
Se não querem se aborrecer evitem esse lugar, é furada.
Poor experience. The display is different from the product they are given. 2nd material. Full line of defects. I went to complain about the defects to make the change, they could not deny the defects, holes in the wood in finishing pieces, agreed to make the change, spent a week and so far nothing. They want to tire the customer. To sell treat you well, full of talk, when gives the problem do not look you in the face.
If you don't want to get bored avoid this place, it's bored.
