Depois da instalação do meu piso tive um problema hidráulico na obra e deu problema em boa parte do meu piso, porém a Madecrespi foi super solícita e me ajudou minimizando muito meu prejuízo.
Poucas empresas fazem isso, sou muito grata a Madecrespi.
Spectacular company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, comprei o piso no dia 10 de agosto, marcaram pra fazer a vistoria e a pessoa atrasou, tivemos que remarcar, no dia de entrega, quase não foram, me ligaram dizendo que o motorista estava no trânsito, isso ja as 17 horas!!! no dia da tão sonhada instalação o instalador ae recusou a instalar dizendo que o piso do imóvel estava desnivelado, ué ! não foram fazer a vistoria antes??? até agora sem o piso, sem respaldo e detalhe, sem nota fiscal! Fujam dessa loja...
I do not recommend, I bought the floor on August 10, scheduled to do the inspection and the person was late, we had to reschedule, on delivery day, almost did not call me saying that the driver was in traffic, this already 17 hours !!! On the day of so dreamed installation the installer refused to install saying that the floor of the property was uneven, hey! Haven't been doing the survey before ??? so far without the floor, without backing and detail, without invoice! Run away from this store ...

Pagamos pela instalação das portas, porem apos instaladas as portas precisaram de ajustes, não fecham sem pegar nos batentes, varias reclamações e enrolam, enrolam e não te retornam. Jamais compraria novamente, mesmo que o preço fosse o mais em conta do estado. Será que os donas sabem o que se passa na loja deles? ou é ma fé da loja em não cumprir com o serviço contratado? Nota zero.

O técnico não apareceu na minha casa para realizar as medições, mesmo sendo marcado, esperamos por 4x e ninguém apareceu e nem satisfaçoes nos deram. Ao reclamar com o gerente, que nos deu até seu telefone particular, como não tinha mais desculpas, bloqueou nosso contato.
Empresa péssima no quesito relação de respeito com o cliente. Cuidado!!!! Quer que poste aqui o pedido? Está em nome do meu marido, se quiser posto aqui a foto do pedido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Só estão interessados em vender e não dão a mínima assistência no pós venda. Ninguém se responsabiliza e ficam passando de um para outro. Estou com dificuldades para agendar a instalação porque querem cobrar um serviço a parte que não foi informado no ato da compra. Fujam dessa empresa!

Comprei o piso laminado, demorou mais de um mês para colocarem, sendo que o prazo não é cumprido. Quando colocaram informaram que o acabamento ficaria daquela forma por que as paredes são desniveladas. No momento da vistoria não foi dito isso para nós. Detalhe que foi um VENDEDOR na vistoria e não uma pessoa experiente nesse ramo. PÉSSIMO LUGAR, NÃO COMPREM FRUSTRAÇÃO TOTAL!!!
