★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iria escrever um texto longo mas, o resumo é que o Henrique (vendedor) disse que menti quando o confrontei para que cumprisse com um orçamento me passado e gravado em uma conversa com o Pedro Henrique mas, no fim das contas, ele mentiu dizendo que tinha os MDFs para pronta entrega. Após um longuíssimo atendimento, de horas e sem necessidade via whatsapp, mesmo dizendo que tinha pressa, o indivíduo disse que eu podeira ir lá recolher as chapas mas, para minha surpresa não estavam prontase perdi meu compromisso com o marceneiro, me causando muito transtorno. O gerente (não lembro o nome) muito mal educado, ficou fazendo piadinhas da situação. Tive que apelar.
 I was going to write a long text, but the summary is that Henrique (salesman) said that I lied when I confronted him to comply with a budget that was passed to me and recorded in a conversation with Pedro Henrique but, in the end, he lied saying that had the MDFs for prompt delivery. After a very long service, for hours and without need via whatsapp, even saying he was in a hurry, the individual said that I might go there to collect the plates but, to my surprise, they were not ready and I lost my commitment to the joiner, causing me a lot of inconvenience. The manager (I don't remember the name) was very rude, making jokes about the situation. I had to appeal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma chapa de mdf e cortei um pedaço pequeno e o restante da peça eles venderam pra outra pessoa sem autorização quando fui buscar simplesmente sumiu nem sei o que fazer agora empresa muito desleal fui conversar lá eles não deram a mínima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, dono ou gerente completamente despreparado para tratar o cliente, fui buscar o material no dia agendado por duas vezes durante o dia, gastando gasolina e tempo, no entanto, informaram que não estava pronto e ponto. No dia seguinte quando cheguei o rapaz da expedição informou que seria necessário esperar 40 min. Procurei o vendendo que me atendeu na data da compra e minutos depois aparece o "dono" informando que eu deveria esperar por mais 10 minutos SE EU QUISESSE.... Como não sustento empreendimento com mal atendimento, pois com tanta concorrência, não somos obrigados a sujeitar esse PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO, solicitei meu dinheiro de volta e ainda ouvi do suposto "Dono" que eu estava errado, e me comparando com outros clientes, ou seja, total desrespeito e despreparo.
Não indico!

As I do not support a project with poor service, because with so much competition, we are not obliged to subject this PAST SERVICE, I asked for my money back and still heard from the supposed "Owner" that I was wrong, and comparing myself with other clients, that is, total disrespect and unpreparedness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MADEFOX invista em treinamento URGENTE para seus funcionários, inclusive o Leandro, me mandou um orçamento, quando falei que ia fechar, ele falou que estava errado o valor e faltando coisa no orçamento, colocou mais quase 80,00 de fita de borda, sendo que já tinha colocado o serviço de corte e o serviço de colagem das fitas, ou seja, por desatenção não tinha cobrado a fita. Questionei que já que aumentou o orçamento o que ele poderia me dar de desconto, e a resposta dele foi simplesmente essa” Não posso fazer nada meu camarada, não consigo desconto”.
NAO INDICO A MADEFOX PRA NINGUÉM.
MADEFOX invest in URGENT training for its employees, including Leandro, he sent me a quote, when I said he was going to close it, he said that the amount was wrong and something was missing in the budget, he added almost 80.00 of edge tape, and I had already installed the cutting and gluing service for the tapes, that is, due to inattention I had not charged for the tape. I asked him that since he increased the budget what could he give me a discount, and his answer was simply this "I can't do anything my comrade, I can't get a discount".
I DO NOT RECOMMEND MADEFOX TO ANYONE.
