★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, entrei no local haviam duas atendentes, nenhum se quer me deu boa noite, sentei para aguardar ser atendida, tomei um chá de cadeira, pois simplesmente ignoraram minha presença. Fui embora sem comprar nada, já que ninguém quis me atender.
Observação, estou grávida de nove meses, sendo assim fui até a loja por necessidade, não somente para ficar olhando os móveis.
Bad experience, I entered the place there were two attendants, none of them even said good night, I sat down to wait to be attended to, I had a chair tea, as they simply ignored my presence. I left without buying anything, as no one wanted to take care of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima, fiz o pedido de um guarda roupa a 3 meses atrás, entregaram já com atraso e ainda me mandaram faltando as portas do guarda roupa, ligamos no sac informamos que veio faltando todas as portas do guarda-roupa, após 20 dias eles nos mandam apenas 1 porta, loja sem credibilidade, loja com péssimo atendimento jamais comprarei denovo
Terrible store, I ordered a wardrobe 3 months ago, they delivered already late and they still sent me the wardrobe doors missing, we called the sac and informed that all the wardrobe doors were missing, after 20 days they they only send 1 door, store without credibility, store with bad service I will never buy again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo que comprem na loja e nem no site. Fomos até a loja para pesquisar o preço da cozinha e o primeiro contato com a vendedora foi super agradável, nos ajudou com a escolha da cozinha.
Porém minha cozinha veio com peças erradas e já tem mais de 1 mês que estou tentando de todas as formas resolver esse problema com a loja. A vendedora mal nos deu atenção, o SAC até que nos atende com educação, porém a parte responsável de resolver as peças erradas não nos retornam.
É uma dor de cabeça tão grande para resolver algo simples. Por isso pensem duas vezes antes de comprar no Madeira Madeira
