★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Compra na loja" "Retirada na loja"???? Propaganda enganosa, mesmo tendo loja física a compra é feita pelo site e não tem a opção de você ir retirar na loja, tem que pagar o frete. O mais absurdo é que se você for comprar mais de 1 produto, você não paga apenas 1 frete, você paga o frete individual por cada produto. Fiz apenas uma simulação de 2 produtos, e uma compra que sairia pouco mais de 600,00 ficou quase 300,00 a mais só de frete, e olha que minha residência fica apenas 20 minutos da "loja física"
"Purchase in store" "Pick up in store"???? Misleading advertising, even though you have a physical store, the purchase is made through the website and you don't have the option to go to the store, you have to pay the shipping. The most absurd thing is that if you are going to buy more than 1 product, you do not pay just 1 shipping, you pay individual shipping for each product. I just did a simulation of 2 products, and a purchase that would come out just over 600.00 was almost 300.00 more just for shipping, and my residence is only 20 minutes from the "physical store"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com o site da madeira madeira foi terrível.Tentei comprar meus produtos 2x e a própria loja estornou o valor alegando que não conseguiram manter contato comigo para confirmar a compra. Liguei, falei pelo chat, enviei email e todos davam respostas divergentes. Na 3°tentativa eu conseguir fazer a compra, (um armário chf e um fogão). Hoje chegou o armário da cozinha, o vidro de uma das portinhas veio estrassalhado. Eu filmei o momento que abrimos a caixa lacrada e simplesmente o armário veio danificado, um dos fundos dele veio amassado. Além disso meu fogão era para ser entregue ontem mas foi parado pela fiscalização e precisei abrir um chamado para receber um novo prazo de entrega. Essa loja se tornou meu pesadelo e não indico ela a ninguém, a não sê que queiram passar raiva. Um momento legal de comprar novos móveis e a loja faz a gente de lesado.

My experience with the madeira madeira website was terrible. I tried to buy my products twice and the store itself refunded the amount claiming that they were unable to contact me to confirm the purchase. I called, chatted, sent an email and everyone gave different answers. On the 3rd attempt I managed to make the purchase (a chf cabinet and a stove). Today the kitchen cabinet arrived, the glass of one of the doors was shattered. I filmed the moment we opened the sealed box and simply the closet came damaged, one of the back of it came dented. In addition, my stove was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it was stopped by the inspection and I had to open a call to receive a new delivery deadline. This store has become my nightmare and I don't recommend it to anyone, unless they want to be angry. It's a nice time to buy new furniture and the store makes us feel bad.
