â â â â â Fui muito mal atendida pela vendedora Danieli, nĂŁo deu muita importĂąncia para a venda aparentemente porque era apenas um trilho de 2m com valor pequeno.. fez a maior confusĂŁo com tamanhos sendo que levei meu trilho antigo de modelo tive q trocar 3 vezes e nem um desculpe pelo inconveniente pediu, levamos 50 min para realizar uma compra que levaria nem 10 min!
I was very poorly attended by the seller Danieli, it didn't give much importance to the sale apparently because it was just a 2m rail with small value .. it made the biggest confusion with sizes being that I took my old model rail I had to change 3 times and not even one sorry for the inconvenience you asked for, it took us 50 min to make a purchase that would take even 10 min!

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento! Todos os funcionĂĄrios me atenderam mal. Whatsapp atĂ© agora n me responderam (mandei msg por volta de 13h), presencial ficam em torno de 10 funcionĂĄrios trancados para o lado de dentro da loja e nenhum deles tiveram a capacidade de me orientar sobre o local de atendimento, precisei ligar na loja para perceberem q estava lĂĄ. Para o lado de fora nao tem nenhuma orientação sobre o local que funciona o drive deles. Graças a eles mesmo, nao gastei um centavo do meu dinheiro la e pra qm perguntar, nao recomendo! PĂ©ssima loja, pĂ©ssimo atendimento, pĂ©ssima gestĂŁo.
Terrible attendance! All the staff treated me badly. Whatsapp so far have not answered me (I sent a message around 1 pm), in person there are around 10 employees locked inside the store and none of them had the ability to guide me about the service location, I had to call the store realize they were there. Outside there is no guidance on where their drive works. Thanks to them, I didnât spend a cent of my money there and to ask, I donât recommend it! Lousy store, lousy service, lousy management.

Bad company for service and they don't want to sell the product, they bureaucratize too much and they don't care. I certainly don't buy and I won't buy a single screw from this place. The worst I've ever dealt
