Ao escolher o que queria ele mi direcionou a um vendedor.
Vendedor mal educado, arrogante e acho que não conhece as palavras bom dia,boa tarde e boa noite.
Atendendo apulso ,como si fosse um favor.
Ao tirar o pedido , mi direciono ao caixa.
E ao ir pegar o material no balcão,outro atendente mal educado puxa a nota da minha mão nem si quer dar um licença ou comprimento.
Muito mal organizado.
Treinem sua equipe.
Loja antiga mais sem nenhuma falta de educação.
Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Os vendedores atendem com má vontade, desconhecem qualquer tipo de gentileza. Para piorar ainda mais, ao final, meu plano de corte que tinha 15 peças, veio só com 14, o que só pude conferir ao iniciar a montagem do móvel, pois enquanto os funcionários carregavam as peças, não tive como ficar conferindo, eu estava no balcão levando uma massada no balcão para pegar os produtos que já havia comprado no dia anterior.
NÂO RECOMENDO!
Lousy service. Salespeople respond with ill will, unaware of any kindness. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, só achei inconveniente só entregar a partir de 400,00 reais. Mesmo que fosse terceirizada a entrega e o cliente pagasse para entregas abaixo desse valor, afinal nos tempos de hj , ficar sem oferecer essa opção é perder clientes e comprometer o futuro.

O vendedor TOMOU o produto da minha mão e disse que “era só levar o código pra o caixa pra fazer a nota” fiquei lá esperando ele fazer a nota enquanto ELE FICAVA DE PAPINHO COM O AMIGO DELE, QUE TINHA ACABADO DE CHEGAR SOBRE "ARQUITETOS". traduzindo fiquei lá em pé esperando ele fazer a "nota" que não foi feita, além de também não ter conseguido perguntar o preço de outro produto, porque ele estava "ocupado." O produto era um esquadro que tinha 4 produtos em amostra, se não "podia" pegar o produto, porque tinha 4 na prateleira? Enfim, péssimo atendimento. Não recomendo. Além de não ter sido respondido também pelo whatsapp.
