As madeiras são caríssimas e eles não se dispõem nem a lixar para dar um acabamento mínimo. Têm pouquíssimas escolhas de madeiras e fiquem atentos ao receber a mercadoria que compraram pois eles tendem a entregar MDF no lugar. Nem um pouco profissionais...
Poor quality service. It looks like they're doing you a big favor. They have no patience with questions and are not very helpful. The woods are very expensive and they are not even ready to sand to give a minimal finish. They have very few choices of wood and be attentive when receiving the goods they bought because they tend to deliver MDF in place. Not at all professional ...

Paguei por caibros de maçaranduba, explicando que seria para um deck de piscina e me entregaram uma madeira inferior que não servia para deck. Resultado tive que comprar tudo de novo em outra madereira. Não volto e não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. In addition to selling expensive wood, it deceives the customer. I paid for maçaranduba rafters, explaining that it would be for a pool deck and they handed me an inferior wood that was not suitable for deck. As a result, I had to buy everything again in another wood. I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend it.
