★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 15 dias do meu pedido, foi dito que não poderia ser feito, aceitei fazer outra janela, que foi entregue empenada e faltando partes. O atendimento é bom, mas o serviço final é péssimo, alem de ser terceirizado os marceneiros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me deram um prazo x e me entregaram com mais de vinte dias após o termínio do prazo dado por eles. Sempre quando eu ia lá, inventavam desculpas e mentiras bestas podendo ser sincero logo comigo. Quando finalmente chegou, algumas das janelas veio empenadas, veio faltando umas peças da porta e janelas que não me recordo o nome e tive que ir lá pedir novamente e passou mais um tempão para chegar. Aconselho apenas comprar madeira normal ou algo por lá mesmo, que nesse caso não deixam a desejar. Mas se partir para janelas e portas, não vá!
They gave me a deadline x and handed me more than twenty days after their deadline. Whenever I went there, they made excuses and beastly lies and could be honest with me right away. When it finally arrived, some of the windows came warped, came missing parts of the door and windows that I don't remember the name of and had to go there asking again and it took another long time to arrive. I advise just buying normal wood or something there, which in this case leave nothing to be desired. But if you go to windows and doors, don't go!
