★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Ao realizar reforma geral troquei todas as portas e respectivas Aduelas e alisar. Me entregaram Aduelas com infestação de BROCAS. Ao solicitar ao gerente troca do material, mesmo que tendo comprado lá e deixar novamente pronto meu imóvel, o gerente se recusou entregar o material completo. Somente as aduelas sem a espuma, alisar e o verniz. Uma vez que o serviço já estava pronto. Eu propus arcar com as demais despesas de mão-de-obra, tinta para retoque de pintura no intuito de chegar a um acordo. Não aceitando o acordo. Só enviando novas Aduelas já com sinais de infestação visíveis, não aceitei, devolvi e preferi ficar com o prejuízo já que o material é péssimo. Vão os anéis e ficam os dedos.

When asking the manager to exchange the material, even though he bought there and made my property ready again, the manager refused to deliver the complete material. Only the staves without the foam, smooth and varnish. Once the service was ready. I proposed to pay the rest of the labor costs, paint for touch-up painting in order to reach an agreement. Not accepting the agreement. Only sending new Staves with visible signs of infestation, I did not accept, I returned and preferred to keep the loss since the material is terrible. Go the rings and get the fingers.

Deixaram de vender R$11.000 por falta de atendimento

Sendo que é o meu direito, visto que tem 7 dias e foi uma compra online. Vou entrar na justiça e me certificar que eles não façam mais isso com outras pessoas!
Terrible attendance. They sent me 2 times a piece of wood that was not the one I bought, I returned it and they don't want to give my money back! Being that it is my right, since it has 7 days and it was an online purchase. I'm going to go to court and make sure they don't do this to other people anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, eles não tem palavra não cumprem com o compromisso deles, e tem mais ficam mentindo dizendo que vai entregar o material e nunca entregam. Desde 2018 que tento receber o meu material e não consigo estou entrando na Justiça contra esses sem palavras e não dão a nota fiscal alega que está em manutenção a e não tem como tirar a nota impressa. Também dei uma estrela pois não tinha outa opção, e se tem elogios não acredito nesses elogios pois quem não tem palavras não tem palavras, isso deve ser familiares ou algum conhecido, pois sei o que estou passando.
Horrible, they don't have a word, they don't fulfill their commitment, and they keep lying saying they'll deliver the material and they never deliver. Since 2018, I've been trying to receive my material and I can't, I'm going to court against these without words and they don't give the invoice, alleges that it's under maintenance and there's no way to get the printed invoice. I also gave it a star because I had no other option, and if there are praises, I don't believe these praises because those who have no words have no words, this must be family members or someone I know, because I know what I'm going through.
