Não dá para saber se estão te atendendo ou atendendo outras pessoas. Outro ponto, não aceitam críticas e sugestões. Falei que era uma falta de respeito deixar o cliente ao telefone e ficar atendendo e gritando com outras pessoas ao fundo e que iria desligar e depois quando tivessem tempo para me atender, retornaria a ligação. Desligaram o telefone na minha cara. Talvez não estejam precisando de novos clientes e os que possuem também não se importam. Não recomendo.
Poor quality service. Unprepared employees. They don't pay any attention to the phone. They talk to other customers and keep people on the line waiting. You can't tell if they are serving you or serving other people. Another point, do not accept criticism and suggestions. I said that it was a lack of respect to leave the customer on the phone and answer and shout at other people in the background and that he would hang up and then when they had time to answer me, he would return the call. They hung up on me. They may not be in need of new customers, and those who have them don't care either. I do not recommend.
