★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são competitivos... a loja é boa sim, mas o problema é que os vendedores vendem muito bem, lá tem o material todo. Daí na hora de entregar fica enrolando o cliente. Eles não pensam que o cliente muitas vezes está pagando um profissional e que necessita daquele material na data combinada de entrega para prosseguir com o serviço. Trevo, cadê as minhas telhas que vcs se prontificaram a entregar no dia 16/09/20? Hoje é 18....

Porém para minha surpresa, eu havia pedido 18m2 de malha de ferro. Eles me mandaram 18 malhas de ferro 3x2.
Eu paguei claro, não sou especialista no assunto, e meu pedreiro adoeceu e demorou 10 dias para voltar ao trabalho, quando voltou disse que estava errado. Paguei 1500,00 a mais sendo que não precisava do material. E eu havia pedido 18 m2. Tenho todo o histórico de mensagens trocado com a funcionária. Que como resposta disse que havia me mandado o orçamento para aprovação. Reitero que não entendo de construção.
Ela que deveria ter agido de boa fé e visto junto comigo. Não volto a comprar e não indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São enganadores, me venderam duas portas dizendo que era porta sólida. Na hora da compra pedi para falar com o responsável, e disse ele que ia precisar cortar a porta ele mesmo me respondeu, porta solida pode cortar. Agendei o marceneiro para fazer o serviço,
e advinha a porta era aglomerada cheia de pó de serra por dentro, aí não quiseram trocar a porta pq estava cortada.
