Chamou 3x e já fui atendido por uma moça educada e simpática o qual transferiu a ligação uma pequena observação é que o pessoal de vendas não são tão atenciosos. Mesmo assim é uma loja muito boa com relação a diversidade de produtos que possuem.
I had no problems answering the phone. Called 3x and I was answered by a polite and friendly girl who transferred the call a small observation is that the sales staff are not so attentive. Even so, it is a very good store with regard to the diversity of products they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do lugar um gordinho do stock me ajudou muito mesmo não sendo vendedor foi muito atencioso tirou minhas dúvidas ajudou demais o rapaz do caixa muito gente fina. A empresa tá de parabéns com esses profissionais diferente de outros lugares onde os atendentes não se importa com os clientes .
Empresa muito boa super recomendo.
I really liked the place a chubby guy from the stock helped me a lot even though he wasn't a salesman he was very attentive he took my doubts he helped a lot the guy at the cashier very nice people. The company is to be congratulated with these professionals unlike other places where the attendants do not care about the customers.
Very good company I highly recommend.

Bad service, I called to find out about a delivery, the seller said that only when I'm on the route. I shop in China and they say a delivery estimate. Terrible not rowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Nunca vi uma gestão que empreenda tanto esforço para NÃO VENDER um produto. Por telefone, disseram que tinha. Chegando lá, disseram que não tinha. O vendedor resolveu me auxiliar, e encontramos no estoque. Produto DANIFICADO e até impróprio para venda e o "gestor" ou "gerente" que esqueci o nome nem se dignou a dar desconto moralmente decente. A loja só tomou meu tempo. E o gerente lá demonstrou que pouco se importa na questão do conceito da empresa quanto organização comercial. Muito ruim.
Too bad. I've never seen a management that makes so much effort NOT to SELL a product. Over the phone, they said they had. When they got there, they said they didn't have it. The seller decided to help me, and we found it in stock. DAMAGED product and even unfit for sale and the "manager" or "manager" I forgot the name didn't even deign to give a morally decent discount. The store just took my time. And the manager there demonstrated that he cares little about the concept of the company as a commercial organization. Too bad.
