POOR COMPANY, LOW QUALITY MATERIAL CAME TO MOST CHIPS, BROKEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN NO EXCHANGE ACCORDING TO THEM AND INEVITABLE. I DO NOT INDICATE IF YOU HAD HOW YOU CLASSIFY THEM I WOULD RANK -10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei vigotas e tábuas APARELHADAS (vejam a situação das mesmas) para construir um assoalho suspenso (para fazer um cômodo no segundo andar)
Pedi as madeiras aparelhadas para não virem com defeitos, e conseguir encaixar uma nas outras, começamos hoje instalar as tábuas, pedi elas da seguinte forma: 3m comprimento por 30cm de largura… em uma ponta da tábua tem 30,5 na outra 29, cada tábua com uma medida diferente, isso que pedi para aparelhar pagando preço mais caro pelo serviço… estou tendo dor de cabeça para ajustar as mesmas pra não ficar com frechas no piso, pois além de tudo estão tortas no meio, sendo necessário passar a plaina elétrica para igualar e conseguir encaixar sem deixar buracos no piso entre uma tábua e outra.. SERVIÇO TOTALMENTE SEM QUALIDADE, DESPREPARADOS!!! NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA, você solicita uma coisa, paga mais caro pelo serviço e parece que ele nem foi realizado… ou foi realizado de qualquer forma, pois se tivesse sido aparelhado com qualidade e com seriedade teriam vindo retas prontas para instalação… PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO (detalhe que vieram entregar após as 19h quando estava escuro para não observar as imperfeições na madeira, q não são poucas, madeiras que vão ficar aparentes todas com detalhes, é isso foi informado no ato da compra… as entregas são realizadas até as 17:30h)

I asked for the trimmed wood not to come with defects, and to be able to fit one into the other, we started today to install the boards, I ordered them as follows: 3m long by 30cm wide... at one end of the board there is 30.5 at the other 29, each board with a different measure, which I asked to equip, paying a more expensive price for the service… I'm having a headache to adjust them so I don't get arrows on the floor, because besides everything they are crooked in the middle, requiring the electric planer to match and fit without leaving holes in the floor between one board and another. SERVICE TOTALLY WITHOUT QUALITY, UNPREPARED!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT IN ANY WAY, you request something, pay more for the service and it seems that it wasn't even performed... or was performed in any way, because if it had been equipped with quality and seriousness, they would have come straight ready for installation... POOR SERVICE (Detail that they came to deliver after 19:00 when it was dark so as not to observe the imperfections in the wood, there are not few, woods that will all be apparent with details, this was informed at the time of purchase... deliveries are made until 17: 30h)
