★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito com o cliente, atendimento péssimo, não entregam dentro do prazo previsto, a cada pergunta sobre o preço do produto, repassam valores diferentes, no dia da entrega me deram certeza absoluta que entregariam no dia previsto, passei o dia inteiro na obra esperando minha porta e ligando pra eles, a madeireira fechou e a atendente Rute confirmou a entrega a noite, fiquei esperando até 22:00hs ninguém chegou, me fizeram de palhaça, quando finalmente entregam, a fechadura veio mal encaixada, só tive prejuízo, sem falar que colocam os funcionários para avaliarem positivamente a empresa. MADEIREIRA ESPLENDOR NUNCA MAIS.
Total lack of respect for the customer, terrible service, they do not deliver within the scheduled time, for each question about the price of the product, they pass different values, on the day of delivery they gave me absolute certainty that they would deliver on the scheduled day, I spent the whole day at work waiting for my door and calling them, the lumber company closed and the attendant Rute confirmed the delivery the night, I was waiting until 22: 00hs nobody arrived, they made me a clown, when they finally deliver, the lock came badly fitted, I only had damage, not to mention that they put employees to evaluate the company positively. Splendid woodworking machine NEVER AGAIN.

Contratei o serviço em fevereiro e até o momento, o serviço não foi concluído. Quatro meses depois, fico sabendo que a instalação dos alizares é o pedreiro que faz e não o marceneiro contratado para instalar a porta de correr e as quatro janelas contratadas. Agora terei que contratar um "pedreiro" para instalar os alizares das peças. Por fim, terei que judicializar esta empresa, além de que farei tudo que for possível para que mais ninguém seja desrespeitado e lesado como fui.

a enquanto a resposta da empresa, não existe mau uso de porta ne (uma piada sinto muito) a qualidade do produto e dos serviços prestados é que realmente estão muito inferior ao que se propõe. e outro detalhe os produtos adquiridos nao sao de custo inferior, pq os de custo inferior precisei devolver 3 vezes, pq realmente nao serve pra nada. efim, só dor de cabeça, pessimo atendimento, pessimo serviço.
