★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes nessa madeireira, pra nunca mais. O atendimento é simplesmente horrível, pessoas extremamente lesadas, não sabem nem calcular direito o preço final das coisas.
Na primeira vez encomendei duas tábuas de pinus coladas. O cara me falou que era difícil colar e que só dois caras lá eram aptos. Resultado: veio uma porcaria de colagem, algo que eu teria feito muito melhor sozinha em casa, fora que a qualidade das tábuas que eles pegaram é péssima, cheia de manchas cinza. Enfim, estragou meu projeto.
Na segunda vez foi a gota d'água pra eu nunca mais voltar: fui atrás de ripas de madeira e simplesmente não consegui comprar nada porque não tinha nenhum marceneiro lá na hora pra me mostrar, e ninguém lá (os vendedores, pasmem) saberia me mostrar.
Fora que a moça me atendeu super mal, o tempo inteiro conversando com outra mulher e eu em último plano totalmente no atendimento.
Enfim, não recomendo esse lugar, procurem outra madeireira que qualquer uma vai ser melhor que essa.
I went twice to this lumber company, never again. The service is just awful, people extremely injured, do not even know how to calculate the final price of things.
The first time I ordered two glued pine boards. The guy told me that it was difficult to stick and that only two guys there were fit. Result: there was a crappy collage, something I would have done much better alone at home, except that the quality of the boards they picked up is terrible, full of gray stains. Anyway, it ruined my project.
The second time was the last straw for me to never come back: I went after wooden slats and I just couldn't buy anything because there was no carpenter there at the time to show me, and no one there (the salesmen, amazing) would know me Show.
Besides, the girl attended me very badly, the whole time talking to another woman and me in the last plan totally in attendance.
Anyway, I do not recommend this place, look for another lumber company that any one will be better than this one.

Muitas vezes o cliente quer escolher a madeira pelo preço, os atendentes parecem não ter claro quais madeiras sao mais baratas, a gente menciona um tipo de madeira, eles dão o preço do m3, a gente pergunta se tem uma mais barata, eles dizem q não, aí vc lembra de um tipo, pergunta, eles dizem q é mais barata q a primeira, aí fica essa escacez de informação. Pq não existe uma lista das madeiras q tem em estoque, ordenadas pelo preço? A gente fica meio q sem saber qual a melhor opção de compra.

Often the customer wants to choose the wood based on the price, the attendants seem not to be clear about which wood is cheaper, we mention a type of wood, they give the price per m3, we ask if there is a cheaper one, they say that no, then you remember a guy, you ask, they say it's cheaper than the first one, then there's this lack of information. Why isn't there a list of the woods you have in stock, sorted by price? We kind of don't know which is the best option to buy.
