★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É impressionante como estou pedindo a Nota Fiscal a tanto tempo retorno. Ou melhor, eu juro, já liguei na Loja falei mais de três vezes e não tenho a resposta. Na última semana, ficaram de enviar por email, depois o email estava errado,... agora não sei mais o que fazer.
Fiz uma reclamação no PROCON

Agora sim é possível recomendar !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como muitos aqui tbm estou no prejuízo, me deram o prazo de entrega de 5 dias uteis, os 5 dias se passaram e nada de material ou ligação para dizer o que aconteceu, se não sou para entrar em contato para saber o que esta acontecendo eu ficaria sentado esperando.
Liguei na loja da Lucas onde eu fiz a compra e vendedor me pediu mais 3 dias para fazer a entrega, ele como vendedor deveria ter me ligado antes do prazo para me avisar sobre o atraso, mais isso não foi feito.
Agora eu estou com pedreiro fechado pagando por dia e cadê o material??? Quem vai assumir o prejuízo de pagar os dias do pedreiro já que o material não chegou???
Em resposta ao proprietário, o vendedor me afirmou que tinha os materiais em estoque, um dos dois não falam a verdade!!! Enfim, recebi a minha compra com 1 dia de atraso, e qualifico a empresa com 3 estrela porque o vendedor deveria ter me avisado com antecedência que iria atrasar pois eu fiquei com o prejuizo de 350,00 reais pelo dia perdido do pedreiro e o ajudante

Madereira para que fossem trocadas mas a resposta do vendedor foi que demos sorte de serem só duas ruins. Pedimos para falar com o gerente que também ignorou e nem ao menos foi olhar as madeiras. Uma pena pois sempre até hoje compramos sem problema e indicavamos a madereira. Não recomendo , o padrão e atendimento hoje estão péssimo.

Terrible! They promise delivery and don't fulfill it, in addition they don't even warn that there was an unforeseen..after 2 days begging for delivery, they would see if they "could" deliver soon...I don't recommend it!
