Comprei uma madeira repassei todas as informações a vendedora,fiz o pagamento,mas na hora da entrega os entregadores me trataram mal pós falaram que era pra mim carrega as madeira ou pra mim manda a vendedora ir leva as madeiras pós ele não ia carrega.
Sendo que eu paguei e falei que eu morava em um condomínio e falei que não podia entrar caminhão.
Mas a vendedora falo que eles iam leva em minha residência.
Fui destratada pelo entregador levei multa pelo condomínio porque eles deixaram a madeira em local que não podia eles largaram e foram em bora
Tenho 2 multa por descumprimento de regras do condomínio.
Sinceramente eu queria que a empresa prestasse mas atenção na ma conduta dos funcionários..
