Porque quando ligo eles atendem e desligam quando estão atendendo outras pessoas lá no local. E isso não deve acontecer, se tem poucos funcionários contratem mais, para que o atendimento presencial seja prestado e quando o telefone tocar ter alguem livre pra atender. Digo isso porque meu marido foi lá comprar material, e ele viu um dos funcionários atendendo e desligando o telefone porque estava ocupado.

Because when I call they answer and hang up when they are attending other people there. And this should not happen, if there are few employees to hire more, so that the face-to-face service is provided and when the phone rings, someone is free to answer.
