Depois disso fazem o que querem, quando querem, a entrega não é combinada, como prometem na hora da compra, eles entregam para qualquer um o seu produto, não fazem questão de entregar para o titular da compra.
E nem tente reclamar, ou achar que tem Algum direito por ser cliente, porque aqui somente eles têm toda a razão.
Comprei alguns sarrafos e ao todo daria 12 peças, eles entregaram para outra pessoa que eu "não autorize entregar" e entregaram 9 peças, quando fui conferir, liguei informando e nem momento nenhum me ajudaram, sempre bateram o pé falando que o que eu comprei foi entregue e pronto. Detalhe não entregaram pra mim, como falei. Se eu tivesse recebido teria conferido na hora, mas não cumpriram o combinado.
Resultado tive que comprar mais 15 metros de sarrafo em outro lugar, mas ja estava pago aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na hora da compra é bom porém na hora da entrega a coisa muda porque os entregadores querem receber pra descarregar.
As vigas no meio eles jogam as empenadas e todas vem verdes ocasionando a empena das outras após o instalação.
Eu como construtor e empreiteiro não recomendo.
