★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de ripas de madeiras na quinta feira e pedi que entregassem na segunda feira de manhã, não entregaram, liguei lá falaram que seria entregue no período da tarde, também não foi entregue, liguei para ter notícias, disseram que será entregue só na terça feira de manhã, alegando que hoje eles não tinham mais nenhuma entrega pelo meu bairro.
Não conheço a qualidade da madeira, mas deixar de entregar um pedido que está pronto desde sexta feira (confirmado pela atendente do telefone) por causa de logística, sinceramente, é falta de consideração com o cliente...
