★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou frustrada com essa madeireira. Comprei porque a vendedora me garantiu o prazo de entrega e até agora nada. Mandaram apenas metade do pedido e ainda tive que mandar voltar madeira. Estou frustrada e com diária de 2 pedreiros pra pagar por conta desse atraso. (Quem se lasca é o cliente, né?) Eu não indico e por favor, quem lê esse comentário, procura outra madeireira que entregue certinho!! Pedi o contato do responsável pra reclamar e a vendedora disse que não tinha. Por isso estou colocando minha frustração aqui. ESTOU COM MUITA RAIVA!! Dinheiro jogado fora por cair na lábia da vendedora!!! Falta de RESPEITO com o cliente!! Nunca mais volto!!!
 I'm frustrated with this logging. I bought it because the seller assured me the delivery time and so far nothing. They only sent half the order and I still had to send back wood. I am frustrated and with 2 masons daily to pay because of this delay. (The customer is chipped, right?) I do not indicate and please, who reads this review, looking for another lumber that delivered right !! I asked the contact of the person responsible to complain and the seller said she had not. That's why I'm putting my frustration here. I AM VERY ANGRY!! Money thrown away for falling for the saleswoman !!! Lack of RESPECT with the customer !! I'll never be back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim comprar 4 linha e 3 caibros ás 7:40, mas fui informado pelas dias moças que ficam a dente da loja que não tinha como vender, pois todos estavam ocupados e que eu só poderia levar os produtos a partir das 9:00 da manhã. Eu meio que implorei e questionei se seria todos os dias assim, e além do não como resposta, informaram que todos os dias eu só poderia comprar enlevar madeira depois das 9:00.
Difícil pra quem constrói… lamentável.
I came to buy 4 rows and 3 rafters at 7:40 am, but I was told by the girls who stay in the store that there was no way to sell, because everyone was busy and that I could only take the products from 9:00 in the morning . I kind of begged and questioned if it would be like this every day, and besides no for an answer, they informed me that every day I could only buy wood pick up after 9:00.
Difficult for those who build… regrettable.
