Em nenhum momento eu como cliente, pedi desconto a você/Proprietário ou a sua vendedora, eu simplesmente dei uma folha a vendedora, e pedi o orçamento da metade dos itens que continha nessa folha, a mesma me perguntou pq não fazia de tudo, eu falei que a outra metade dos itens eu iria comprar na madeireira próximo a vocês pq aqueles itens estavam mais barato lá, a mesma me perguntou se caso ela conseguisse o mesmo valor da outra para aquele restante, se eu compraria tudo la, e eu respondi que sim, que o local era indiferente, que eu queria era os produtos, e de boa fé ate onde pude perceber, ela ligou para o dono na minha frente, perguntando se ele reduziria aquele valor, pq na concorrência/loja mais a frente era mais barato, e simplesmente o dono(a) disse que não fazia e proibiu ela de me vender o resto dos matérias que tinha ido comprar por simplesmente não comprar td com vocês. Essa é a historia correta.
Terrible, the owner refused to sell, and we left there almost humiliated, whoever I meet and asks me about this establishment, I'll suggest they go far away.

At no time did I, as a customer, ask for a discount from you/Owner or your saleswoman, I simply gave the saleswoman a sheet, and asked for a quote for half of the items contained in that sheet, she asked me because she didn't do everything, I I said that the other half of the items I would buy at the lumberyard next to you because those items were cheaper there, she asked me if if she could get the same value as the other for that remainder, if I would buy everything there, and I replied that yes, the place was indifferent, what I wanted was the products, and in good faith as far as I could tell, she called the owner in front of me, asking if he would reduce that value, because in the competition/store further on it was more cheap, and the owner simply said he didn't do it and forbade her to sell me the rest of the materials she had gone to buy for simply not buying everything from you. That's the correct story.
