★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucas opções de pisos, atendimento muito ruim, fiquei na loja uns 15 minutos até conseguir uma pessoa para me atender. Sem falar que o atendente não soube explicar direito e sem vontade de mostrar outras opções para mim. Não gostei, acho que não volto nessa loja.
 Few flooring options, very poor service, I stayed at the store for about 15 minutes until I got someone to attend to me. Not to mention that the attendant couldn't explain it properly and was unwilling to show me other options. I didn't like it, I don't think I'll go back to this store.

Na hora de gerar a nota para efetuar o pagamento ele constatou que o preço que ele havia me informado estava abaixo do preço do sistema e não cumpriu o que rege o Código de Defesa do Consumidor (que se cobre o menor valor). Agiram, inclusive, de forma extremamente desrespeitosa, tentando minimizar o problema dizendo que isso era algo normal. NÃO RECOMENDO A EMPRESA!
Horrible customer service! I ordered a product, asked the seller for the price, he said.
