★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento desde o telefone, whatsapp e pessoalmente. Acho que eles priorizam os conhecidos e/ou quem tem mostra ter dinheiro.
Desde ontem fazendo contato para compra e nada. Precisei ir hoje e ao chegar lá, me direcionaram a um atendente que me recebeu e chegando próximo do local do pedido, vendo um outro cliente, resolveu atende-lo antes. Fiquei esperando, mas como não estava pedindo favor, até pq meu dinheiro é igual ao de todos, fui embora.
ATENDIMENTO!!! Essa é a palavra chave de qualquer empresa que se predispõe a estar no mercado. Infelizmente todas as vezes que precisei dos serviços dessa empresa, não fui bem atendido.
Além disso se vc não tem estrutura para um determinado tipo de atendimento, no caso o telefone e whatsapp, não ofereça.
É por esse e outros motivos que as pessoas da zona norte busca serviços em outra localidade que sejam bem atendidos e tenham seus anseios resolvidos.
Em sumo, perdeu um cliente e principalmente não indico.

As atividades de caixa são compartilhadas por duas pessoas, creio que é o caixa propriamente dito e o outro despachante, mas mesmo estando lado a lado não se comunicam, causando desencontros e transtornos ao cliente.
Por fim, o cliente entra sabendo o que quer, mas não do valor que pagará. (O caixa/expedição (?) erraram duas vezes o valor total de uma compra.
