★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpriram com o prazo da entrega. Comprei produto para construir uma passarela a madeira lascada sendo que pedir aparelhada. Colocaram cola em várias parte da madeira. Eles dão desconto mas a economia não compensa! Agora com a pandemia não tem atendimento bom por Whatsapp. Gerente sem máscara!
They did not meet the delivery deadline. I bought a product to build a chipped wood walkway, and I had to ask for equipment. Glue was placed on various parts of the wood. They give a discount but the savings are not worth it! Now with the pandemic there is no good service for Whatsapp. Manager without mask!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento terrível! A atendente queria adivinhar o que o cliente queria. Muito agressiva! Falava antes do cliente, nem chegamos a fazer a solicitação, pois ela insistiu em dizer que o material que queríamos não existia. Tive que me deslocar para outra madeireira mais distante da minha residência para fazer minhas compras.
O estacionamento é inexistente. Numa via paralela à Estrada do Côco, cheia de caminhões descarregando...fui num horário que não é de pico e tive dificuldade em estacionar, além disso não tem nenhuma indicação do local, o que pode fabofavor o erro.
O ponto positivo é a diversidade de materiais, pena que, pelo atendimento não conseguimos usufruir dos benefícios da loja.
Terrible service! The attendant wanted to guess what the customer wanted. Very aggressive! She spoke before the client, we didn't even make the request, because she insisted on saying that the material we wanted did not exist. I had to move to another lumber company more distant from my residence to do my shopping.
Parking is non-existent. On a road parallel to Estrada do Côco, full of trucks unloading ... I went at a non-peak time and had difficulty parking, in addition there is no indication of the location, which can favor the error.
The positive point is the diversity of materials, a pity that, due to the service, we were unable to enjoy the benefits of the store.
