★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um armário de cozinha projetado e no ato da compra fui informada que o mesmo teria garantia de 5 anos, após 1 ano de uso ocorreu um espaçamento entre a bancada e o armário ,e constatei as ferragens enferrujadas. Contactei com a Madeireira e a visita foi realizada. Após a constatação as ferragens foram substituídas, e todos os defeitos foram reparados . Agradeço a equipe da madeireira Vitória pela qualidade dos serviços e o empenho em atender a satisfação do cliente.
I bought a kitchen cabinet designed and upon purchase was told that it would guarantee five years, after 1 year of use was a gap between the countertop and the cabinet, and found the rusted hardware. I contacted Madeira and the visit was made. Upon verification the hardware was replaced, and all defects were repaired. I thank the timber team victory for the quality of service and commitment to meet customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico essa empresa para ninguém. Encomendei um jogo de bancos de madeira, não veio o modelo e nem o tamanho que encomendei. Não teve troca ou devolução de dinheiro. Em três meses de tentativa de encontrar a solução em meio a tantas mentiras e enrolação não tive nenhuma resposta, pois vendem sem nota fiscal válida. Me arrependo!
I do not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a set of wooden benches, neither the model nor the size I ordered came. There was no exchange or money back. In three months of trying to find the solution amidst so many lies and nonsense I had no answer, as they sell without a valid invoice. I regret!
