★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A entrega demorou 7dias a mais do combinado e não se importaram em me dizer que “se não quisesse pode cancelar”depois de 8 dias esperando a mercadoria, não se preocuparam em resolver meu problema. A mercadoria chegou totalmente diferente a qualidade do que foi me oferecido, portas com péssima qualidade.
 The delivery took 7 days longer than agreed and they didn't bother to tell me that “if you didn't want to, you can cancel” after 8 days waiting for the goods, they didn't bother to solve my problem. The merchandise arrived totally different from the quality of what was offered to me, doors with terrible quality.

Enrolação nas entregas com desculpas que pioram ainda mais o conceito desta empresa. Prometem posições em retorno as respectivas solicitações e isso nunca acontece... Triste ver uma empresa com nome como tal agir de tal maneira...
Lamentável, espero não ter que precisar dos serviços desta novamente...
I don't recommend or recommend ... Total unpreparedness of the respective salespeople with regard to customer service ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra nesta empresa de valor significativo e solicitei que me entregassem as peças montadas, porém todas vieram com problemas, principalmente uma báscula que chegou com perfurações. Então, obviamente, solicitei a troca e ao me retornarem com o produto ele estava da mesma forma, com as mesmas perfurações, e ainda por cima, está soltando da base.
Estou entrando em contato com a empresa e não consigo uma posição a respeito do prejuízo que tomei e não consigo falar com o responsável.
Ressalto ainda minha indignação com esta empresa, e não a indico.
I made a purchase at this company of significant value and asked them to deliver the assembled parts to me, but all came with problems, especially a weighbridge that arrived with perforations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa loja para ninguém muito insatisfeita com a madeira madeira pois , fiz uma compra de 1 guarda roupa casal no dia 23 / 05 o prazo para para entrega era de até 7 dia úteis 04/06 porém até a data de hoje 28/06 não tenho notícias da minha compra não consigo rastrear, ligo na central nenhum atendente consegue me da um parecer da minha compra. Toda vez que ligo falam que vão abrir um chamado e irão me retornar porém não me dão nenhuma satisfação. Irei no Procon para receber meu direito pois é uma falta de respeito, responsabilidade da empresa. Fiz a compra pois preciso só guardar roupa com urgência pois me casei e acreditei que estava lidando com uma empresa séria e responsável porém me enganei
