★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço é bom, porém o constragimento e dor de cabeça que o cliete passar nao compensa. Estou a quase um mês esperando um compra que fiz nesse madereira. Os números de telefones niguém atende ja fui varias vezes lá, é so enganação. nunca vi uma empresa tão imresposável quanto esssa. Trata o cliente como lixo. Madeira de péssima qualidade por isso que o preco e baixo. Pior compra que ja realizei em toda minha vida!!!
 The price is good, but the constraint and headache that the client goes through does not pay. I have been waiting for almost a month for a purchase I made in this lumber company. The phone numbers no one answers, I've been there several times, it's just a scam. I have never seen a company as irresistible as this one. Treat the customer like trash. Poor quality wood that is why the price is low. Worst purchase I have ever made in my entire life !!!

Comprei no dia 07/10/2020 madeiras e hoje já são 19/11/2020 e as madeiras ainda não foram entregues.
Mais de 6 semanas de atraso.
Não recomendo a compra na Madereira 4N em hipótese alguma...
My experience with Madeireira 4N was one of the worst I've ever had in my life.
I bought on 07/10/2020 woods and today it is 19/11/2020 and the woods have not yet been delivered.
More than 6 weeks late.
I do not recommend buying at Madereira 4N under any circumstances ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível atendimento. A pessoa liga não atende, e pelo whatsapp a primeira coisa foi não fazermos orçamento por telefone. Se eu ia compra, já não compro mais. Vou procurar quem realmente sabe tratar bem os cliente.
Horrible service. The person does not answer, and by whatsapp the first thing was not to make a budget over the phone. If I was going to buy, I don't buy anymore. I'll look for someone who really knows how to treat customers well.
